Law of Reciprocity

The Law of Reciprocity is summed up by, “if you do something nice for me, I’ll do something nice for you.”

There has to be great reciprocity in all the relationships you have in your team, family, co-workers, significant other or program’s.

What ever you receive from the people and teammates you are involved with, give them everything you have received from them and MORE. For example,  if they give you love, you give them double love. If they give you praise and encouragement, you give them double celebration. If they give you negative emotion like doubt, you give them faith. They give you laziness, you give them intensity.

The Law of Reciprocity is REAL. It’s present in great workouts and championship teams!

In the video below, I am explaining to a professional player that if he praises his coaches and teammates they will be better because of that and in turn, more successful as a team.

It’s a WIN-WIN!
