I get emails asking me this question all the time. So I decided to share this with everyone. Obviously you have to PRODUCE and have talent, skill, toughest, and be in good shape to play! I know you feel differently but your coach does NOT suck, maybe you need to work on some things, so get better!

Traveling to workout and train hungry players never gets old, but it’s always special when you find a “diamond in the rough”. I had the honor and privilege of traveling to Herrick, Illinois to train a focused 7th grader, named Konner Blackerby for two days. The cool thing about diamonds is that they start off as nothing more than lumps of coal. But that same coal that is overlooked and seen as something of little value, after INTENSE HEAT and PRESSURE, becomes diamonds that turns heads and has great value!

What a wonderful experience I had Sunday Nov 7 2011 in Central PA at the Triple Threat Camp. Coach Mike Bailey (2 Time HS State Champion and Allen Iverson’s former HS Coach), Rob Butterworth and Mark Natatez organized a unique experience for me and the players. We had a pre-game game day talk with the kids. A radio host introduced me. He was from Lewistown PA, Dave Burman, what a great voice he had!! It was supposed to be an interview but I took the stage and “lit candles” before we played. What I mean is:
