Traveling to workout and train hungry players never gets old, but it’s always special when you find a “diamond in the rough”. I had the honor and privilege of traveling to Herrick, Illinois to train a focused 7th grader, named Konner Blackerby for two days. The cool thing about diamonds is that they start off as nothing more than lumps of coal. But that same coal that is overlooked and seen as something of little value, after INTENSE HEAT and PRESSURE, becomes diamonds that turns heads and has great value!
